How information is handled
What happens, and what does not.
Site delivery
A static website with ordinary technical delivery.
The public pages do not use analytics, advertising trackers, marketing cookies, local storage or session storage. The website host necessarily receives technical request information such as an IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser information and security events so it can deliver, protect and diagnose the service.
Enquiries
Your message stays local until you choose to send it.
The Contact page prepares a message in your own email application. Nothing typed into that page is submitted to or stored by this website. If you send the email, the message may contain your name, email address, organisation or role context and anything you choose to include.
That information is used to understand, respond to and administer your enquiry or subsequent working relationship.
Legal basis
Only the basis needed for the situation.
Enquiry information is processed where necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or for the legitimate interests of responding to genuine professional enquiries, maintaining correspondence, protecting the website and operating an independent design practice.
You are not legally required to provide personal information, but a name, reply address and enough context are needed for a useful response.
Retention
Kept only while there is a reason to keep it.
Enquiry correspondence is retained only for as long as it remains useful for responding, managing a professional relationship, resolving a dispute or meeting legal, tax and accounting duties. Website request logs are controlled by the hosting provider and kept according to its operational and security retention periods.
Private questionnaire
Separate access, separate notice.
The invitation-only client questionnaire is not part of this public website. It has separate access controls, processing rules, upload boundaries, retention decisions and privacy information presented when personal data is collected. No private questionnaire response or client workspace data is bundled into this portfolio.
Your rights
You can ask what is held and how it is used.
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your personal information, and to object to its use. This website does not make solely automated decisions or profile visitors.
If a concern is not resolved, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Privacy question or rights request
Ask directly, without exposing your details publicly.
Use the same direct Contact route and make clear that your message concerns privacy or personal information.
